1. Main equipment & technic
In 1996, we adopted 2 patented product lines from China Steel and Iron Research Institute. They are the most advanced automatical production equipments: Computer control and direct current stepless timing. The newly producted Development Brand cold-rolled ribbed steel wires and bars is sorted in 3 types (550Mpa,650Mpa,800Mpa) and 14 standards (from diameter 5-11.5mm with every 0.5mm as a class).

2. Product: Development Brand cold-rolled ribbed steel wires and bars
The cold-rolled ribbed steel wires and bars is also called cold-rolled thread steel wires and bars. It was first developed and used by West Germany in 1968. As a new and effective construction material and the substitute for first class steel (polished and round steel bar), the product have advantages of Good Capability, Good Strength and Good holding and enveloping strength, etc.

This product has all the advantages of hot rolled thread steel and cold drawn polished round steel. It is superior to first class steel not only in self capability and project quality guarantee, but also in economic profit. As analysed by technological economic analysis and tested by lots of projects, using this product of the same length as hot rolled steel bar in preparatory stress concrete hollow building plate can save more than 10% of steel and 40-60kg cement every cubic meter(m3). If used in non-preparatory stress on-the-spot poured project, it can save steel by 30-40% and raise the project quality and speed the gradation. As a result of its evident economic and social benefits, since 1960s, this technic has been spread rapidly in advanced coutries and widely used in construction projects, highway, bridge, culvert, tunnel, airport, racetrack, cement pole, cement water-pipe, steel bar net(soldering net), etc. In 1992, as the national standard of GB13788-92 coming out, this product became the first threadless steel bar within diameter 12mm in China. This is very important for raising construction quality and saving the resources.

3. Product: Development Brand cold-rolled tortile steel wires and bars
Cold rolled tortile steel bar is a new high steelbar which use Q125,Q235 high speed line by special equipment cold rolled. The product has advantages--good capability, good strength, good holding and enveloping strength. As a new and effective construction material and the subtitute for first class steel(polished and round steel bar). Druing nineteen eighty five years', Cold-rolled tortile steel wires and bars has been a technological product by The Construct Ministry and The Metallurgy Ministry. Latest years, The product has ameliorated and optimize, So it has been continue to treat technological product by The Construct Ministry and The Metallurgy Ministry in 1996. The JG3046-1998 standard of construction trade has issued in 1998 and related rules has performed on Jul 01,1998.
